The Broncos have reached a termination settlement with former head coach Josh McDaniels, who was fired Dec. 6 according to Lindsay H. Jones of the Denver Post. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. McDaniels was under contract to make $3.2 million in 2011 and $3.7 million in 2012, the final years of his four-year, $11.9 million contract. Rumors are swirling that McDaniels could be a possible replacement for Charlie Weiss in Kansas City if Weiss leaves for Florida. McDaniels is close with Kansas City general manager Scott Pioli and others in Kansas City’s building because of their history in New England. Source: Denver Post
Wouldn't be a horrible fit in KC...it was obvious he just wasn't head coach material...not sure what Bowlen was ever thinking...
I'd take McD because he's the best offensive mind available right now. I don't care if he cheats or where he's come from as long as he does things the right way when wearing red.
