A league source said Sunday Ravens coach John Harbaugh isn’t expected to make any changes with his coordinators. There is a possibility, though, that plans regarding the coaching staff could change after Harbaugh speaks with owner Steve Bisciotti. Harbaugh and Bisciotti are expected to talk before Harbaugh’s season-ending news conference that will likely take place this week. The Ravens offense dropped from No. 13 last season to No. 22 this year, which caused some to question offensive coordinator Cam Cameron’s job security. There’s also been speculation that Cameron would leave to join one of his best friends, Les Miles, and become LSU’s offensive coordinator. The Baton Rouge Advocate had him on a list of potential candidates, but Cameron said he’s had “none of those discussions†with Miles. “We’re headed in the right direction,†Cameron said of the Ravens, “and I want to be a part of it.â€

Cameron has GOT to go. The playcalling in the second half was a reflection of the playcalling all year: horrendous.

Cam's a proven coordinator and I don't think switching OCs is necessary - we need to straighten out the line and get a burner WR then see where we stand.

12 - 4 regular season and the play calling was horrendous? Never mind that Flacco crap the bed individually in the 2nd half.

Its not so much just the playcalling, its the structure of the offense and the efficiency of it. Obviously the players play a part in it but you cant have a 3 wide set with 3 slow WR's and send them all on intermediate to deep routes to get swallowed in coverage, then you pre-determine who he goes to, and if those are covered which usually is the case then you check down to Rice. He's a control freak, he plugs people into his system instead of bending to the talents of the roster. He's made Joe a robot basically, offensively we will get some speed at WR, we will move Yanda back to G and shore up T, and we will be better even if he doesnt change but i hope he at least loosens the reigns some.
