Josh McDaniels Likely To Become Rams Offensive Coordinator?

Discussion in 'St. Louis Rams' started by BigBlueBruiser, Jan 18, 2011.

  1. According to Michael Lombardi of NFL.com, Josh McDaniels is more likely to take the Rams offensive coordinator position than the Vikings. That's not really a tough call for a quarterback guru. In this case, McDaniels can choose between working with Sam Bradford in St. Louis behind a strong offensive line, or he can try to tutor Joe Webb behind and aging, porous group. McDaniels was instrumental in Matt Cassel, Kyle Orton and Tim Tebow's success, and his offensive prowess would seemingly continue Bradford's impressive early development.

He would probably do a better job as Head Coach than as Offensive Coordinator.

:icon_eek: Exactly the opposite of what his history in New England and Denver tell us.
