The Baltimore Ravens have fired quarterbacks coach Jim Zorn after one season, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation. The former Washington Redskins head coach spent one season in Baltimore coaching Joe Flacco. According to a source, Zorn wasn't an ideal fit with the rest of the staff. Privately, he was often described as quirky or odd in terms of his coaching style. Zorn had a strong background in the West Coast offense and close ties to Cleveland Browns team president Mike Holmgren. Source: National Football Post
I was reading that because Zorn's background is principally in West Coast and Cameron likes to run a more wide open offense it was making it difficult for Joe.
Zorn will get his gig...just dont know where? did Flacco have a good year this year? better than last at least?
I can't tell whether or not you're being sarcastic Warcry so I'll answer the question - yes, Joe's numbers were better than both his previous years, he set some club records and after week 3 was the 2nd most efficient passer in the league behind Brady.
Now I can't tell if you're being sarcastic, sir. Why in the hell would you use that stat from week 3?
Because week 2 he threw 4 INTs to 0 TDs in a gong show against the Bengals, the rest of the season I think he only through 6 picks or something very close to that.
