In the wake of multiple reports stating that the NFL Players Association was discussing a potential boycott of the NFL scouting combine for draft prospects, NFLPA assistant executive director of external affairs George Atallah issued a denial. "Players will be at the combine," Atallah stated during a Twitter chat @NFLLockout. "Young men have an opportunity of a lifetime. They are not locked out...yet."

Are the incoming rookies part of the NFLPA? I was thinking this was present nfl players refusing to visit or something. Was never aware the combine was at risk of not happening.

I don't think they are a part of the NFLPA per say, but I think the NFLPA and the agents could be in cahoots to hold some players out of the combine...
