Just before Thursday's 3 p.m. ET trade deadline, the Boston Celtics agreed to ship center Kendrick Perkins and guard Nate Robinson to the Oklahoma City Thunder for forward Jeff Green and big man Nenad Krstic, two league sources said.

Not a good trade for the C's, they don't have any other healthy bigman.

    How exactly?

They traded a player that has no offense, and will get paid 10 million a year by someone else next year for a versitle 3/4 that can score, rebound, pass and defend

Also factor in that they had the best record in the East WITHOUT Perkins

They don't have a starting center.

    They have Kristic and Davis

They won almost 75% of there games without Perkins

Kristic didn't do a good job, and Davis isn't a center.

There is no such thing as a center anymore.

Al a center is nowadays is an extra power forward
