According to CBS Sports‘ Rob Rang, both the Redskins and Titans are “exploring their options†about moving back to acquire more picks. Since the Redskins, currently sitting at 10th overall, do not own a third or fourth round pick and have several needs. Mike Shanahan wants to grab a quarterback, but sit an an awkward position to get one and if Washington moves down, they won’t be reaching as high for some of the less proven talents such as Washington’s Jake Locker, Florida State’s Christian Ponder, or Nevada’s Colin Kaepernick. The Titans would also like to draft a quarterback at No. 8, but are similarly worried that there won’t be a worthy one there. They may have to trade back into the first round rather than wait for whatever quarterback drops to them at 39th overall.

Well with no 3rd or 4th round pick can't say I'm shocked the Skins want to trade down

I think julio will be sitting there. If Peterson is gone I can't see Quinn making it past SF. If the redskins could trade into the early 20s that would be good for them.
