  2. PSID412USM

    PSID412USM Pro Bowler

    1. Carolina Panthers - Cam Newton QB Auburn

I think the Panthers are going to regert the pick but hey they see upside so they take him

    2. Denver Broncos - Marcell Dareus DT Alabama

The Broncos are switching to the 4-3 and they will use this pick to get the beast from Bama. Dareus is kind of like Suh lite but is that a bad thing?

    3. Buffalo Bills - Von Miller DE/OLB Texas A&M

I don't see the Bills taking a QB cause they have Fitzpartick who will be a nice bridge for a QB who the Bills can develop so they take someone who should upgraded their pass rush.

    4. Cincinnati Bengals - AJ Green WR Gerogia

Since the Bengals are buying Palmer talk of retirement and since they are not trading him I don't see QB here but with TO and Chad Ocho Chino likely leaving they need a recevier so take Green. Peterson also possible if they think Joesph will go in free agency.

    5. Arizona Cardinals - Patrick Peterson CB LSU

They could use a pass rusher but I don't see one they can take without it being called a reached so instead they upgrade their secondary with probably the best player in the draft. Peter and DRC would make of the best tandem in the NFL

    6. Cleveland Browns - Robert Quinn DE North Carolina

With Green and Peterson off the board the Browns take Quinn to help them switch from the 3-4 to 4-3. Quinn give them a pass rushers they need.

    7. San Francisco 49ers - Blaine Garrett QB Missouri

The 49ers are starting over and that means getting a QB while they could bring Smith back Garrett seems like the Franchise QB the team has lacked since Steve Young retired.

    8. Tennessee Titans - Nick Fairley DT Auburn

The Titans hired Tracy Rocker who coached Fairley in college this offseason so they pair him with James Jones to give them a nice inside tandem.

    9. Dallas Cowboys - Tyron Smith OT USC

Jerry Jones saw his team chances of playing a superbowl in their home stadium go up in smoke last year and one of the bigger reason was the poor play of Doug Free and Alex Barron. So Jones takes someone who can keep Romo up right.

    10. Washington Redskins - Juilo Jones WR Alabama

The Redskins need a number 1 recevier even if Moss comes back. Jones lit up the combine and he also has good blocking skills for a recevier so he is the pick.

    11. Houston Texans - Aldon Smith DE/OLB Missouri

The word is the Texans don't want to take back to back corner so they take Smith who should help them with their switch to a 3-4 defence.

    12. Minnesota Vikings - Da'Quan Bowers DE Clemson

I know this will probably shock people but you know what the Vikings are likely to lose Ray Edwards and could use an upgrade at DE so I think they take Bowers here.

    13. Detroit Lions - Prince Amukamara CB Nebraska

The Lions secondary is a position that needs upgrading and I think that getting Amukamara is a steal cause if he was in any other draft he be the top Cornerback, The Lions are dead happy they get him at 13.

    14. St. Louis Rams - Ryan Kerrigan DE Purdue

With both Green and Jones off the board this picks come down to DE or DT I think they go for Kerrigan. With James Hall turning 34 they take someone they can pair with Long to get to QB's

    15. Miami Dolphins - Mark Ingram RB Alabama

Miami will try like mad to trade out here but in the end I don't think they can so they take Ingram and hope his knees hold up.

    16. Jacksonville Jaguars - Jake Locker QB Washington

You know what the Jags are a team full of surprises and this is why I got Locker going here. They need pass rush but you know the Jags can sit locker year 1 and let him develop.

    17. New England Patriots (from Raiders) - Cameron Jordan DE California

The Patriots could use a upgrade to their front 7 and Jordan has the kind of player that Bill Belichick loves to have.

    18. San Diego Chargers - J J Watt - DE - Wisconsin

Another team that needs to add a Defensive End. Watt is a player who the Chargers will use on their D-Line

    19. New York Giants - Anthony Castonzo OT Boston College

William Beatty just hasn't become the player the Giants hope for so they Castonzo to upgrade that position.

    20. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Justin Houston DE Gerogia

The top Buccaneers defensive end was Stylez G. White so with that being said it's time to upgrade Houston will get in the backfeld and help the Bucs carry on with the improvement of it's D line.

    21. Kansas City Chiefs - Phil Taylor NT Baylor

The Chiefs need a nose tackle cause they didn't have much success stopping the run and Taylor cna do that. So the Chiefs get their Vince Wilfork

    22. Indianapolis Colts - Derek Sherrod OT Mississippi State

The Colts recently said they wish they took Roger Staffold last year cause they needed a left tackle and Sherrod seems to be best opition for the Colts

    23. Philadelphia Eagles - Gabe Carimi OT Wisconsin

The Eagles need to protect Vick better next year. They give up 52 sacks last year and they can't do that again. Carimi has been compared to Jon Runyan who had a lot of success with the Eagles so that could help them out.

    24. New Orleans Saints - Muhammad Wilkerson DT Temple

Shaun Rogers isn't the long term answer to the Saints problem of who do you pair Sendrick Ellis so the Saints take Wilkerson to help them out.

    25. Seattle Seahawks - Mike Pouncey OG Florida

The Seahawks need to improve their interior O-line play and while he isn't as good as his brother Maurkice Mike Pouncey is an upgrade over what the Seahawks have.

    26. Baltimore Ravens - Jimmy Smith CB Colorado

Yes he has issues but hey the Ravens are a team that it seems can great the best out of someone like this. Plus 3 of the top 4 corner are free agents.

    27. Atlanta Falcons - Torrey Smith WR Maryland

The Falcons need to find someone to help out Roddy White. Smith is a speed demon and he also has the kind of work ethic the Falcons love.

    28. New England Patriots - Benjamin Ijalana OT/G Villanova

With the sudden retirement of Stephen Neal and the uncertain future of Logan Mankins the Patriots need some offensive guard. Ijalana will give the Patriots a nice inside opition going forward.

    29. Chicago Bears Nate Solder OT Colorado

The Bears O-Line basically turned Jay Cutler in a human tackling dummy by giving up 60 sacks last year and so they are going to Solder if he still on the board cause I think Mike Tice can get the potential out of him to help out Cutler.

    30. New York Jets - Brooks Reed DE/OLB Arizona

The Jets need to add more pass rush which given they play the Patriots twice a year and also have the likes of the Chargers, Steelers and Colts in the same conference they take Reed and hope he better then Vernon Gholston but then again he can't surely be any worst can he?

    31. Pittsburgh Steelers - Aaron Williams CB Texas

The Steelers don't have many weak area but secondary is one and if they don't trade out of here. They take Williams to help out in the backfield. Williams also can also play safety with will be useful for the Steelers.

    32. Green Bay Packers - Cameron Heyward DE/DT Ohio State

Even before Johnny Jolly arrest the Packers need a DE but now there a much bigger chance they take one. Heyward is someone who I think will make a nice addition to the Packers.

    Tiebreaker #2 3 and a half hours

I have Oakland trading into the end of the first round for the hell of it.

    CStevenson13 1st Stringer

    1. Carolina-Cam Newton-I dont agree with the pick but it seems as if they've made up their mind. He's not a bad player but i'd feel alot better about him if he was the #1 pick of the 2nd round.

    2. Denver-Von Miller-I'd personally go with Dareus but i see the reasoning in Denver leaning towards Miller, this is a deep class of 3 tech's.

    3. Buffalo-Marcel Dareus-Buffalo begins to rebuild their line, he can play all across the front and give them a dominant presence.

    4. Cincinatti-AJ Green-Elite downfield Wr, will set the table for the new Bengals attack, opening the field for Gresham, Shipley, Simpson, etc.

    5. Arizona-Patrick Peterson-Would have loved to go pass rusher here but i think PP is too good to pass up, him and DRC will make a nice duo that will allow them to be more aggressive, they look for edge rushers later in the draft and see what Schofield can bring.

    6. Cleveland-Julio Jones-Similar to Cincy the Browns have some solid WR's but not one game breaker until now.

    7. San Fransico-Robert Quinn-Much needed edge rusher, could have went corner here but i think they can address that later, same for QB, i've heard they are luke warm on Gabbert but could be a smoke screen

    8. Tennesee-Nick Fairley-Fits what they want to do to a T, they'll improve his technique and conditioning and he'll be a force

    9. Dallas-Tyron Smith-They upgrade their athleticism, he can start out on the RT, while not ideal for it i think he'll be strong enough and learn while taking his lumps some, then eventually move to the left side.

    10. Washington-Blaine Gabbert-Gives them a potential franchise signal caller, im not as high on Gabbert as some but he does have the tools to run Shanny's offensive effectively at some point.

    11. Houston-Prince Amukamara-Houston will run to the podium with this one, Kareem Jackson is better then he showed and i like Glover Quinn as a nickel, he's a physically guy.

    12. Minnesota-Aldon Smith-Smith gives them an explosive threat opposite Allen, Robison is a solid backup and they dont have to overpay to keep Ray Edwards.

    13. Detroit-Da'quan Bowers-If he checks well enough medically detroit could be building a special d-line, Bowers can play either end spot and will reap the benefits of playing with Suh.

    14. St. Louis-Corey Liuget-exactly what the doctor ordered, an impact 3 tech that can play 3 downs

    15. Miami-Mike Pouncey-You can play him at center or guard, i prefer guard, he's an instant starter

    16. Jacksonville-Ryan Kerigan-They've missed alot at this position over the years but i think they finally strike here

    17. New England-Cam Jordan-The best 5 tech in this draft my opinion, sorely needed in New England

    18. San Diego-JJ Watt-A nice upgrade for them, instant starter and 3 down player

    19. New York G-Mark Ingram-Reese is a value type of guy, he gets a guy that wont fumble, has excellent vision and will just be steady and extremely productive.

    20. Tampa Bay-Brooks Reed-A little high for Reed but i think they desperately need what he brings. He needs to get better against the run but he is a good tackler and has the strength and mentality to do so.

    21. Kansas City-Phil Taylor-This would be a very formidable front for KC, they could use a NT of this caliber

    22. Indianapolis-Anthony Castonzo-Indy would be ecstatic with this scenerio, all of a sudden they have needs all across the O-Line

    23. Philadelphia-Jimmy Smith-Legit #1 corner from a talent standpoint, he can play outside and they can kick Patterson inside

    24. New Orleans-Muhammad Wilkerson- A nice penetrating DT with upside to put beside Ellis

    25. Seattle-Marvin Austin-Like this pick for Seattle, gives them a explosive 3 tech with top 10 ability

    26. Baltimore-Cam Heyward-We need a 5 tech that can be versatile enough to kick inside on passing downs and push the pocket some, when he wants to be he's flat out dominant, Ray Ray can keep him fired up.

    27. Atlanta-Nate Solder-This enables them to put Sam Baker on the right side

    28. New England-Gabe Carimi-Using a Mayock term plug and play at RT

    29. Chicago-Danny Watkins-He could play multiple spots for them, he'll be an upgrade wherever they decide

    30. New York J-Akeem Ayers-they need a playmaker on the outside, i dont think he's necessarily a great pass rusher but he upgrades what they have

    31. Pittsburgh-Aaron Williams-He can play outside, in the nickel and may eventually be a FS, good all around player

    32. Green Bay-Derek Sherrod- Pure LT, they can groom him and eventually bookend him with Bulaga
