New York City jurors have acquitted Tennessee Titans backup quarterback Chris Simms in his driving-while-high case. Simms says he's relieved at the acquittal but angry about being arrested in the first place. Jurors delivered their verdict Wednesday after about an hour of deliberations in the misdemeanor case. A police officer said Simms' SUV smelled of marijuana, and Simms was "zombie"-like and said he'd been smoking the drug. Simms says the officer misunderstood him saying a passenger had been smoking it. The passenger, Charles Granatell, testified that he smoked pot while Simms briefly stopped at another friend's birthday party. Source: Associated Press
Darn. I was hoping I could take his place while he was in jail. They wouldn't even have to change the jersey name or number, maybe the size..and social on the paycheck, but hey!
Screw man I drive hella good when I'm high, better than when I'm sober cause I'm relaxed. That's bullcrap.
Drunk drivers run stop signs, high drivers wait for them to turn green. In all seriousness, most people I know drive better high. LMFAO.
you feel like you do. but like i said i would rather be on the road with high drivers cause they go like 20 mph.
