Eighth Circuit Court Doesn't Plan To Rule On Stay Until Monday At Earliest

  1. ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reports via twitter that the Eighth Circuit Court in St. Louis does not plan to rule on its temporary stay of the lockout injunction until Monday at "earliest." And the waiting game continues. There has been speculation that the Eighth Circuit might not rule at all on the temporary stay, continuing to let the NFL twist in the wind. There's still no timetable for trades and free agency.
