LeBron James Struggles To Sleep Night Before Game 1

LeBron James had difficult sleeping the night before the beginning of the Eastern Conference Finals.James said he awoke at 5:30 AM Chicago time Sunday and immediately began hitting game tape."Can't sleep!" he offered on his Twitter account."It's been different this postseason for some odd reason," he said at the morning shootaround at the United Center. "I don't know. I've just been excited about this opportunity that's placed in front of me, in front of this team, just trying to stay above the curve and watch as much film, if I'm up late at night, just try to stay in the book, stay in the film session."
