Interest Mutal Between Redskins, Free Agent DE Cullen Jenkins

    A person familiar with the situation said that there is mutual interest between the Redskins and defensive end Cullen Jenkins, who recorded eight sacks last season for Green Bay and is now a free agent. The Washington Post reported in May that Washington were "high" on the versatile, 30-year-old pass rusher, but this report takes the connection a step further.

    His age and injury history are a concern when talking about a long term deal with him but he does make an impact when on the field. He'd def help their D, or anyone else for that matter.

    I think they are better off adding a BIG body to man the middle, but there really isnt any on the market worth what they would command (Franklin is good, but not for franchise money), but jenkins would go along way to improving the front 7
