Player representatives from all 32 teams were informed by phone on Monday that the NFLPA plans to vote on Wednesday on approval of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement and the recertification of the union, sources told Pro Football Weekly's Eric Edholm. The vote is contingent on the players and owners resolving any outstanding issues before then. The players will meet in Washington, D.C. The owners then are expected have their chance to vote on the deal on Thursday at league meetings in Atlanta. League sources have indicated that memos have been sent out to every team's onwerships group, asking for their attendance. Source: Pro Football Weekly
