Under the proposed CBA, NFL gameday rosters will expand from 45 to 46, with the No. 3 quarterback no longer inactive. Beginning this year, teams like the Vikings and Steelers can leave Joe Webb and Dennis Dixon active for more creative play-calling. Actually glad this has happened even though it has little importance compared to the business regarding CBA at the minute. Never quite understood why the 3rd QB had to be inactive...
