While no terms are available on these deals, it looks like the Eagles wrapped up Miami running back Graig Cooper, Indiana wide receiver Terrance Turner, Southern Arkansas defensive tackle Cedric Thornton and Michigan tight end Martell Webb. Cooper led Miami in rushing from 2007 – 09 before tearing his ACL in December of 2009. At 6-3, 309, Thornton played Division II college ball at Southern Arkansas and NFLDraftScout.com rated him 16 out of 150 defensive tackles and projected him to go in the fifth round. Making 10 starts, Turner appeared in all 12 games for Indiana, finishing second on the team in 2010 with 67 receptions and third with 681 yards. Webb is huge at 6-foot-4, 268 pounds, but wasn’t a big piece to the puzzle at Michigan, catching only nine passes for 111 yards and two touchdowns in his four-year career. Cooper was on his way to stardom before his injury, and it's been a couple years since. He could be a steal as well.
