Chargers Agree To Terms With Free Agent LB Takeo Spikes

    Chargers have agreed to terms with free agent linebacker Takeo Spikes. Although Spikes is 34, he's coming off a 109-tackle, three-interception season as the starter with the 49ers. He played for Greg Manusky there, and will play for him again as the defensive coordinator now holds the same role in San Diego. Spikes will step right in as the starter next to rookie Jonas Mouton.

    Ya not too upset. He was pretty old when he came to sf now hes damn near a 35 year old line backer. Time for Bowman or Mckillop to step up, or maybe we grab nick barnett?
