49ers Officially Release CB Nate Clements

    According to ESPN NFLInsider Adam Schefter, with the two sides unable to reach agreement on a paycut, the 49ers officially told cornerback Nate Clements they will be releasing him. The Niners need to clear $15 million in cap space for their pursuit of Nnamdi Asomugha and now Johnathan Joseph.

    I liked the guy....he wasnt worth what sf gave him but he wasnt nearly as bas as some fans seem to think. TO and Roddy White were the two receivers that REALLY burned him.
