Aaron Fentress of the Oregonian reports former Oregon State quarterback Matt Moore will sign a two-year deal with the Miami Dolphins today, according to a source close to the situation. Moore, who spent the previous three seasons with the Carolina Panthers, arrives in Miami today to sign a contract worth $5 million with incentives that could push it as high as $7.5 million.

Moore was in Carolina for more like 4-5 years. He was one of those that Carolina snapped up that year they had Testaverde

Yea he was on the Cowboys practice squad. And he was picked up by the Panthers when they had the rash of QB injuries. Liked his play when he was with Dallas. Sparano knows him from his last year in Big D.
