Saints Sign Free Agent C Cecil Newton

    Saints signed free agent ceneter Cecil Newton. Cam Newton's older brother joined a division rival after the UFL gave its players permission to sign elsewhere. Cecil made the Jaguars' active roster for two games last season, but never saw game action.
