The 49ers continued to rebuild their roster, signing cornerback Phillip Davis to a three-year contract Tuesday. Davis starred at Tulane, where he appeared in 46 games, recording 123 tackles, four interceptions, two fumble recoveries and a sack. Davis earned first-team All-Conference USA honors in 2010, starting all 12 games and leading the Green Wave in passes defensed with 12. He will wear No. 33.

We've been rebuilding for how long now? I wish the freaking Yorks would sell the team already!! This is what happens to an organization when the owners don't know or give a heck about football!!
