Giants Workout Free Agent DE Andre Carter

    A league source said the Giants have worked out defensive end Andre Carter, formerly of the Washington Redskins. The 32-year-old is ready to get back to a 4-3 scheme. The Giants may have been looking at him as depth if Osi Umeyiora ends up in another uniform.

    Carter would be a solid addition in a 4-3........

    Carter is a beast in the 43 and ineffective in the 34....of course thats based on the last 10 years, hes a little older now.

    Carter had 11 sacks just two seasons ago.....he can still go.

    At 32, he can still be productive for another few seasons.
