Vikings Sign CB Tony Carter

    The Vikings announced Thursday morning that they have signed free-agent CB Tony Carter. Carter, entering his third NFL season, played two games with the Patriots late last season. He also played two games with the Broncos in 2009. The Florida State product is listed at 5-9, 175 pounds.
