I'm not an Eagles fan. But last I checked in order to get to the Super Bowl you have to make it to the playoffs and win. Something "America's team" HAS NOT been able to do in years. So yes being a playoff caliber team means a whole lot more at this time then living in the past bragging about rings won over a decade ago.

If your not with them your an eagles fan.....in their uneducated (and their ALL uneducated) minds.

Well except for Jihad Joe.....I'm as gay for him as Jerruh was for Nnamdi. I fear that he breaks my heart as much as Nnamdi broke JJ's too :-(

Haha it would appear that's the case.

Lets be honest, Jerry is so drunk on the "America's Team" cool aid that he seems that there is no way that anyone could possibly reject joining such a prestigious team that is the Cowboys.

The fact is, players go for three things: Dollar, Superbowl Ring or a mixture of both. Eagles in the last eleven years have made eight playoffs, ten wins in those playoff games, four NFC Championship appearances and one Superbowl appearance. In addition, they are the reigning NFC East champions and have been ultra aggressive in free agency putting together a Superbowl Caliber. In that span, Cowboys made five playoffs, won one of those games, haven't sniffed an NFC Championship or Superbowl, lost double figure games last season and has a QB that's biggest claim to fame is going off to Mexico with a Z-List skank on the week of a playoff game, not to mention making no real improvement to the roster in offseason.

Hell, Jerry can sell the Cowboys as America's Team and having a wonderful stadium, but as we all know, America's Team is whoever the reigning Superbowl Champion at that time, and Cowboy Stadium is hardly the only one to have a retractable roof and a big screen.

Nnamdi decided to go team over dollar, and there's no way he was taking Dallas over Philly in that department, because there's little contest in who looks to be a Superbowl team.

Jerry wishes he coined the phrase "America's Team."

    Inclulbus WE ARE! .. Marshall!

Glad you know that much. We also beat the Eagles the week before that wildcard game, to win the division. We also beat them the other time in that season. So you said earlier, a what have you done for me lately? The Eagles have all of those accomplishments because of a couple of excellent players, who aren't with Philly anymore. Dawkins, Mcnabb, And Westbrook. They may be hyped up as heck right now, and every hypocrite in the world who was all anti Michael Vick, that is now riding his Jock Strap.. should know that Vick won't last a full season health wise, Nor will he ever be able to accomplish anything more than what Donovan did as Quarterback in Philadelphia, Even with all of the talent that they're putting around him, that they never would put around Donovan.

So in your, what have you done for me lately speech... The Cowboys have won 1 playoff game, and the new look Eagles, lost two playoff games.

You guys are so typical. What have the Eagles done lately. Win ALOT more football games then the cowturds have. Something Nnamdi apparently cared more about then having the star of mediocrity on his chest.

You may have won more football games, but you choke in the playoff games.
