49ers Assistant Vic Fangio Impressed With Chris Culliver's Progress At CB

  1. 49ers defensive coordinator Vic Fangio is impressed with the progress third-round rookie Chris Culliver is making at cornerback, despite having little experience at that position. "His progress has been coming good," Fangio said. "He's got good talent. He's got the body and the skills to be a corner in this league, he just has to learn to play corner. … He's got to pick up on his assignments."

Well who says it was too early to take him? Kiper? John Madden? 49ers had the pick and took the guy they believed was bpa. Then again its way too early to say hes going to be a good corner. But good news....

  6. everyone who follows the draft Dude. Normally it's a bad idea to take a guy who wasn't a good college player and didn't even have a set position that early.
