The Philadelphia Phillies have placed left-hander Cole Hamels on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to Aug. 13, with left shoulder inflammation, the team announced Tuesday.Hamels, who last pitched Aug. 12 at Washington, is 13-7 in 25 starts this season. He is eligible to come off the DL on Aug. 28 and is scheduled to pitch the Phillies' series opener in Cincinnati the next day.To fill Hamels' spot on the 25-man roster, the Phillies recalls infielder/outfielder Pete Orr from Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Orr made the Phillies' Opening Day roster and hit .238 with three RBIs in 29 games for Philadelphia. In 68 games with Lehigh Valley this season, Orr is hitting .271 with five homers and 25 RBIs.
