Giants-Jets Preseason Game Moved Ahead 5 Hours Because Of Hurricane Irene

  1. The New York Giants announced Saturday's preseason game against the New York Jets has been moved ahead five hours due to concerns over approaching Hurricane Irene. The game, set to be played at Metlife Stadium, has been moved to 2 p.m. ET after originally being scheduled to start at 7 p.m.

    Good chance game won't be played. They were hoping this would do it but probably not.

    Weren't there weather issues for last years preseason game between the two as well? A lighting storm or something?
