Texans running back Arian Foster left Saturday's preseason game against San Francisco with 2:52 left in the first quarter with an injury to his left hamstring. After a 9-yard gain, Foster jumped up off the ground and was visibly frustrated. He made his way to the sideline and tossed his helmet. He refused treatment or attention initially, sitting along by himself on a bench and placing a towel over his head. Eventually, Foster allowed team personnel to examine him, but it seemed as if the running back, who told the Chronicle that hamstring injuries are "part of the business," knew the severity of this latest ailment.
