Thome To Indians?

    Has Jim Thome gone to the Cleveland Indians? I saw something in the last hour that says it's happened.

  6. Travis Hafner is currently on the DL. They suggest Thome could replace him as the DH.

    He still has power left in his bat and they are still in the division race.

    Yeah and Thome's .240avg, 12 HRs, and 40 RBI's are going to give them that push they need to secure a playoff spot?

    At this point and stage in the season, it's probably the only thing they could get to replace Hafner.
