Despite his proclamations to the opposite, it’s looking less likely that Arian Foster will be ready to go for Houston’s season opener. The standout running back missed a third straight practice and will be a game-time decision against the Colts. Texans should hold Foster out. They don't really need him against the Colts...Tate would be fine against what could be one of the worst rush defenses in the league.
