After losing veteran wide receiver Marques Colston for four-to-six weeks to a broken collarbone, the New Orleans Saints are interested in retired wide receiver Randy Moss, WWL-TV in New Orleans reports. According to the report, Moss was at the team's Metairie, Louisiana headquarters on Saturday morning. Moss "retired" in the offseason as interest in the six-time Pro Bowler was low. In recent weeks, Moss has expressed an interest in returning to the Patriots, who haven't closed the door on bringing a player who caught 259 passes for 3,904 yards and 50 touchdowns in 52 games for them between 2007 and 2010. JasonLaCanfora I'm hearing there is nothing cookin between Randy Moss and the Saints. But I still wouldn't be shocked if he ends up back in NFL in 2011
If Moss don't come back, and Just say that Peyton would retire this year [though I don't see that happening]. Hall Of Fame would be Randy, Brett, and Peyton. Randy and Brett alone is a monster.
If those 3 entered together it would have to be the best class ever. Or at the very least top 2 or 3. But it ain't gonna happen.
when you retire, freaking retire. otherwise, just stay a free agent until someone offers something you like
