Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports that running back Marion Barber will return to practice on Wednesday. Barber has missed 17 days and Game 1 with a calf injury. If he can make it through practice the rest of the week without a setback, he will likely be active against the Saints on Sunday. Barber's role is as a short yardage and goal line back. The Bears really need him back as last Sunday they were successful on only one of three red zone chances. Source: The Redzone
