The Buffalo Bills announced that they have re-signed veteran wide receiver Ruvell Martin. To make room for Martin, the Bills placed second-year wide receiver Marcus Easley on injured reserve. Easley is a 2010 fourth-round pick out of UCONN who spent his entire rookie season on injured reserve. Scheduled to make his NFL debut in Week 1, Easley was downgraded to "Out" with an undisclosed illness. Source: Mac's Football Blog
