Tony Romo has a fractured rib. DeAngelo Hall sees it as a bull's-eye. The Washington Redskins cornerback said Wednesday he's hoping the Dallas Cowboys quarterback plays when the NFC East rivals meet Monday night -- if only for the chance to inflict more damage. "Absolutely. I want to get a chance to put my helmet on whatever's hurt," Hall said. "Romo's ribs -- I'm going to be asking for some corner blitzes. If I know Felix Jones' shoulder's hurt, I'm not going to cut him. I'm definitely going to try to hit him up high, so that's just part of it. "If you know something's wrong with an opponent, you're going to try to target in on that. We're going to try to definitely get as many hits on that team as possible." Romo suffered a fractured rib and punctured lung at San Francisco on Sunday, but he returned to the game to lead the Cowboys to an overtime win.

This isn't shocking. Any player would look at an injury as a bulls eye.

Not sure how smart it is to say publicly...lol...but then again, he's not known for his smarts. Or his play on the field...

Now I'm not saying players go out looking to seriously injury other players but let's face it. Romo tears it up, cowboys don't really function without Romo, Romos ribs are injured, a team wants to win. Take Romo the heck out, go on the Giants did it last year Redskins turn!

    Agreed.

Saying you're going to do something is a lot different from actually doing it.

As for Hall's comments, maybe the NFL would like to talk to him.

Maybe a few lobs to Bryant might put a stop to him running his mouth.

Dallas first 3 plays Monday night should be toss sweeps to Hall's side. I don't care if we gain a yard. I want him on the ground.

I don' t think it's a wrong thing to do. You look for any weakness in your opponent and take advantage of it. The stupid thing is talking about it before hand. Now if he does hit him he's going to start a fight, get fined, or get suspended. I have no problem with guys hitting injuries on purpose. It's just stupid to talk about it.

Maybe he was just taking the Tom Brady route and lying to the media...
