The Sacramento Bee reports that 49ers RB Frank Gore is likely to share carries with Kendall Hunter if he plays in Week 4 at Philadelphia. Gore was limited in Wednesday's practice after playing through an ankle injury in the second half of his Week 3 game in Cincinnati. Gore has gotten off to a very underwhelming start this season. His most productive yardage total came in Week 1 when he managed 59 yards on 22 carries. He was held to 47 yards in an overtime loss in Week 2, but did find the end zone in that game.

Not sure how Niners fans feel but I kinda want to see them play Hunter full time to see what the kids got.

The thing is he's basically having the same kind of production Gore is.

He's basically the same player (only a little smaller and younger) no? Think he'd be more productive given a full-time roll or no?

  5. Has above average speed........can run between the tackles and has good hands out of the backfield. Basically the same player except hes a bit smaller but a lot more durable.

Glad I snagged him in fantasy this afternoon. Hunter should have a pretty productive day against the Eagles defense.
