Colts coach Jim Caldwell confirmed Friday that quarterback Curtis Painter will make his first NFL start against the Buccaneers on Monday Night Football. Kerry Collins (concussion) is still being evaluated and will miss Friday's practice. Caldwell indicated that it would be "tough to reclaim" his starting spot. In four career appearances, Painter is 13-of-39 (33.3 percent) for 143 yards, and a 0:2 TD-to-INT ratio with four sacks and three fumbles. Source: RotoTimes
This. I've said it like 5 times already so I didn't want to come in here and say it again. But you said it for me.
It is so depressing how far the Colts have fallen. Although I know he is great, it is still hard to believe that the offense can't do anything without Manning.
