Williams has just four catches heading into Week 4, and FoxSports.com reported on Sunday that Johnny Knox will replace Williams in the starting lineup against the Panthers. Knox, who lost his starting job when the Bears signed Williams, has superior numbers at this point with nine catches for 189 yards. It's unclear how much less playing time Williams will have, considering even during Knox's time as a third wideout he was still seeing plenty of snaps. The Bears have been outrageously pass-happy in the past two weeks, with offensive coordinator Mike Martz calling 95 pass plays against just 20 rushing plays.

If I wasn't such a fan of Williams college career I would be laughing hysterically right now.
