His team is on a three-game losing streak, but that isn't enough to quiet Rex Ryan - or give him any second thoughts about guaranteeing that his New York Jets will win the Super Bowl this season. "I can guarantee that we're going to chase it, that's for sure," Ryan said Thursday as his Jets prepared to face the Dolphins Monday night at MetLife Stadium . Then he added, "Do I think we'll win it? Absolutely." Super Bowl guarantees are nothing new for Ryan, who has issued them prior to each of his three seasons as Jets' head coach. His first two years ended with appearances in the AFC Championship Game, so to that extent his bluster hasn't been without merit. But the team's three consecutive losses - to Oakland, Baltimore and New England - are magnified by the fact NFL teams play only a 16-game season. "Every game is important," Ryan said. "I look at it this way: In baseball, you have 162 games. So basically if you lose a game (in the NFL) it's almost the equivalent of a 10-game losing streak (in baseball). So we're on a 30-game losing streak, if you will, (and) that's how desperate you feel to try to get a victory. This is a critical time. It's a divisional opponent, and I know they feel the exact same way."
