Dolphins owner Stephen Ross will be at tonight's game between the Dolphins and Jets. He will attend with hopes his team can win its first game of the season. But if the Dolphins don't win and continue to struggle though the season, sources are telling Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald that Ross has a plan for his team that will take effect as early as January. The plan includes a new coach, a new quarterback and probably a new general manager, accofrding to a source familiar with Ross's thinking.

Wonder if Jimmy Johnson or Bill Parcells might be willing to return?

Doubt Jimmy is. He said a couple of weeks ago how much time out of his life coaching took and he's enjoying spending time with his family way too much. I think he stays gone.

You can say no to Parcells too, he doesn't like Ross as an owner.
