Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee will attempt to play with a dislocated left wrist, but he was not sure he would be able to play Sunday against Seattle. Lee visited with Dr. Bo Frederick, a hand and wrist specialist, today in Dallas to determine the extent of the injury. If Lee can play, he would wear a cast, although surgery remains a possibility. “I don’t know for sure what the plan is this week,†Lee said, “but I’m definitely going to try to work with the doctors, see how it heals and go from there.†According to a league source familiar with such injuries, if surgery is required Lee could miss the rest of the season. Depending on what would need to be repaired a player would need up to three months to recover. “Right now that’s a good deal,†Lee said of not needing surgery, “and so hopefully it’ll stay that way.†Source: ESPN Dallas
