The Oakland Raiders have worked out veteran wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh, according to Steve Corkran's Twitter feed. According to the report, Houshmandzadeh will take a physical for the Raiders on Tuesday, a sign that the team could be planning on signing the 34-year-old wide receiver. Houshmandzadeh and newly acquired quarterback Carson Palmer, of course, have a history together with the Cincinnati Bengals, and Raiders coach Hue Jackson was once an assistant there, coaching wide receivers. Saw this coming once Palmer was traded for. A little disappointed they didn't do this before the bye week so he could have studied the playbook.
Yeah. I mentioned it in a thread somewhere when the Raiders traded for Palmer. It's a natural fit for Carson seeing that try played together and practice every off season together...
