Cowboys, Dolphins Could Have Interest In Hiring Ex-Titans Coach Jeff Fisher?

Discussion in 'NFL General Discussion' started by BigBlueBruiser, Nov 6, 2011.

  1. Dan Pompei of the National Football Post reports that people who know Jeff Fisher wouldn’t be surprised if the former Titans coach ends up in Dallas if the Cowboys season continues to go south. The reason? Fisher and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones are old buds from their days together on the competition committee. If the Cowboys do make a change and decide to pursue Fisher, they could have some competition for him from the Dolphins.

LMAO @ Fisher coming to Dallas. Red Jesus is Jerry's boy. No way he gets fired this year, or next...

Not sure Fisher or any vet coach would want to go to Dallas with Jerry being so involved...

Either way he won't last long if he went to Dallas.

Jerry might be the reason Parcells hasn't been back in the NFL as a HC.

Naw.. I think Parcells just knew it was his time to call it quits. I am sure Jerry made his decision easier but Parcells is too strong a person to let that little twerp Jerry influence him like that.
