The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got aggressive marketing tickets for their remaining home games before Friday. The club announced on Thursday that the team would pay for Ticketmaster fees for tickets to remaining home games if they were purchased by noon Friday, according to the St. Petersburg Times. The offer didn’t give fans a lot of time to take action, but it did present a potential savings to the annoying and over-the-top fees that accompany such purchases, the team made the announcement on its Web site and via Facebook. Per the Bucs, the offer represented a savings of about $50 for a family of four. The offer was for Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans and the Dec. 4 game vs. the Carolina Panthers. Wow... How bout lowering the ticket prices so true fans can actually afford them. The Bucs would be surprised how the stands would actually look filled during games. All the "cool kids" hang out at the pirate ship and that concourse for the whole game trying to take home something to catch Herpes from, instead of watching the game.
