The U.S. men's national team's quest to qualify for the 2014 World Cup will begin at home. CONCACAF released the schedule for the third round of World Cup qualifying, and the United States will open its campaign in Group A with a home game against Antigua & Barbuda on June 8, 2012. The Americans follow that up with respective road matches versus Guatemala and Jamaica on June 12 and Sept. 7, before hosting the Jamaicans on Sept. 11. If the US doesn't qualify for this, freaking A they don't deserve to have a team representing this country. I could qualify for the World Cup with this schedule.
Well seeing as supposedly the US will imminently win the World Cup (LOL), it be silly if you didn't beat those opposition by three goals each game.
When did someday become imminent? US should win a World Cup eventually but we're quite a ways off. I really want the US to win sooner rather than later so we can shove it up all the smug euro's asses. Either way, this should be an easy road to the WC and you're right, they should win each game handily. The Jamaica game might be the only one that's even the slight bit rough but we should still win.
