THE SHOCKMASTER!!!

 

I'm pretty sure Shockmaster was actually a "face" but he scared the crap outta me. I was TERRIFIED of Jake Roberts when I was a kid. He was the epitome of what a real cerebral, hecked up heel was.

 

Jake Roberts was sick. He rarely needed to raise his voice to still send chills down your spine when I was a kid. Too bad he's a junkie mess.....

 

Oh yeah...he was a good one.

What about the Honkey Tonk Man? Gimmicky, but I remember hating the crap out of him.

 

Anyone remember "Evolution"? Triple H, Ric Flair, Randy Orton, and Batista. That was before Orton and Batista were stars. I hated that group, mostly because they made up basically 90% of every show. I just got sick of them. And Ric Flair was always one of my least favorite wrestlers. I find him very annoying.

Iron Sheik was a madman. He got legit heat from fans who wanted to hurt him. It's been a while since we've seen someone generate that type of heat.

I remember that, well I remember watching tapes of it as a kid. I really didn't understand it all that well as a child but now, wow and then hearing the stories and death threats he got after the heel turn is crazy!
