Ndamukong Suh isn't shy about heaping praise and expectations on his Detroit Lions. The defensive tackle is confident -- brash, even -- and unapologetic in believing that his team belongs in the same conversation with the league's best. Case in point: Suh didn't shy away Tuesday in telling the Green Bay media he believes the Lions (7-3) are every bit as good as the defending Super Bowl champion Packers (10-0), their NFC North rivals and Thanksgiving Day opponents. "By all means, do I think our team is at their level, to be able to play against them," Suh said, according to the Packers' official website. "I don't see them as a golden-perfect team. Everybody has flaws in this league, but everybody has great things they do. It's just a matter of eliminating mistakes on our time and on our team and causing them to make as many mistakes as possible." Source: NFL.com
I would love him too, seriously I would. A turkey day we win would be a good time...just sayin! My dad hates SUH, he calls him a cat all the time and makes some pretty mean remarks about him when they rotate him out. Course trying to talk football with my father is a rough time, he is one of those people who asks question about what a certain coach is doing or thinking, why a player is doing this and wtf is he thinking. Seriously...it's touch saturdays and sundays...
I think it was wrestler Ric Flair who was fond of saying, "To be the man, you've got to beat the man." The Lions have to beat the Packers before Suh can say that, IMHO.
Even if the Lions do win here...they aren't better...lol...or as good. Win the Super Bowl and then we'll see...
Way to back up your words with your play with your dumbass Haynesworth kick to a man who was down you idiot.
even if the Lions are as talented as the Packers, it was proven yesterday that the Lions lack composure...which the Packers have...
