The Indianapolis Colts may be getting serious about this "Suck for Luck" thing, as Coach Jim Caldwell announced Tuesday he is handing the quarterback position to the man who has been there before as in 0-16. That's right, Dan Orlovsky, who was quarterback for part of the Detroit Lions' infamous 0-16 season in 2008, will make his first start of the season against the New England Patriots on Sunday. The move apparently signals the end of the Curtis Painter Era in Indy. Orlovsky was released at the end of preseason by the Colts shortly after Indianapolis added veteran Kerry Collins when they realized Peyton Manning would not be available to start the season. I think the Colts would still get the NO. 1 pick even if they WON just 1 game! I really would like to see that!
