Even though QB Ben Roethlisberger returned to the game, he sustained a high-ankle sprain against the Browns and could barely walk in the locker room after the game. The Steelers have 11 days until their next game Dec. 19 in San Francisco and it is possible Roethlisberger will not be able to play, even with the extended rest. However, he returned to the game after his injury and completed 9-of-13 passes for 178 yards and a touchdown in the second half. On the night, Big Ben finished 17-of-22 passing for 280 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. If Roethlisberger can’t play, he will be replaced by veteran Charlie Batch, who didn’t complete a pass in two attempts and failed to generate a first down in two-and-a-half series against the Browns.
