Safety Gerald Sensabaugh didn’t get the security of a long-term contract extension he was seeking the past two years from the Cowboys. Instead he has had to toil on consecutive one-year deals. Although frustrated with the process, Sensabaugh has stayed patient and continued to go to work. Now in the midst of one of the best seasons of his career, Sensabaugh is on verge of getting rewarded with a five-year, $22.5 contract extension. The deal has yet to be completed but, according to a source, it is close and should be finished today.

I heard it was only 8 mil. guaranteed.. That is a fair price. And who is to say there is anyone next year?
