James Harrison returned to the practice field on Wednesday for the first time since serving a one-game suspension for a helmet-to-helmet hit on Cleveland quarterback Colt McCoy. Harrison was unapologetic for the hit that forced him to miss Monday night's loss to San Francisco, cost him a $73,529 game check and brought a week away from his teammates. Harrison returned to the facility for the first time on Tuesday afternoon. "It happened, oh well," Harrison said following practice Wednesday. "Deal with it. Move on. When it came down to it, my helmet hit his. Oh, well."

I actually agree with him. He didn't intend for a concussion to happen. Why the hell should he have to apologize? For laying a fine (albeit illegal) lick on an opposing QB?

Anyone waiting for him to say sorry was and is completely wasting their time.

And that's exactly why it's going to happen again and he'll miss multiple games. All this 'I've been playing one way all my life and now they expect me to change' garbage will ultimately affect the TEAM. Perhaps it's time for James to change his name to "Me", get suspended indefinitely and retire.
People like Harrison and Suh either have learning disabilities or really don't care about anything but themselves. The league just may be better off without people like them regardless of their immense talent. It's just a rule for God's sake.

He already apologized to McCoy during the game. So why the need to do it again to satisfy some media clowns? At this point, he's just trying to be controversial and entertaining IMO.

he doesnt have time to apologize, he's too busy with his crusade against the browns for the handling of the injury he caused.

How wrong are you, that was a year ago. He was asked about it yesterday by Ed Bouchette.

I love his attitude about this. He doesn't have to apologize for crap. Like I said in another post though it would appear he's trying to change and satisfy Fidel Goodell since this was his first offense this year.
