Rams Fire GM Billy Devaney

    Michael Lombardi of NFL Network reports the Rams have also fired General Manager Billy Devaney. More to come on this breaking news. He was hired as vice president of pro personnel and replaced former Rams president of football operations, Jay Zygmunt at the end of the 2008 season. Devaney hired Spagnuolo in January 2009.
